In-House Induction Bending gives us the ability to radius columns for tubular pipe sign structures, up to 24” O.D. with wall thickness up to 1 ½”. We can also radius square tubing, wide flange beams and channel.

With three Roll Form Lines and an on-site galvanizing plant, expedited service of standard and specialty guardrail panels is not a problem.

With our Radius Machine we can curve W-Beam and Thrie Beam Guardrail panels as tight as 4 feet without rippling.

Our In-House Machine Shop is the heart of our ongoing R & D program. Our shop is equipped with the latest in high tech CNC machines, allowing us to develop and manufacture dies and tooling for our production departments.

Universal has two burn tables used for precise cutting of base plates and connection plates.

On-Site Galvanizing has helped us reduce our overall costs substantially and tailor our production schedule to meet the needs of our customers.

With an on-site Powder Coat System, we are able to stay current with the changing specifications and customer’s requests.
